Traditional Trauma Medicine / Body Work:
$45 for 30 min.
Highly effective traditional injury care such as moxa, cupping and gua sha to relieve pain, tension, increase suppleness of stiff tendons and muscles, and accelerate the healing process. By increasing the flow of blood and fluids through the veins and arteries, cupping and gua sha enhance the cleansing and removal of toxins. Gua sha can be painful but a 'good' pain, as at the same time the pain of the stiff congested area becomes tremendously reduced. Old injuries, i.e. broken bones and sprains can be addressed as well by increasing the blood flow to the areas and breaking up stagnation of fluids.
